The company ANAJ Czech, a.s., during the sustainability period of the project entitled:
Consolidation of the R&D base of ANAJ Czech, a.s. and its extension to include the progressive field of additive technologies
with registration number:
CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/19_297/0018986,
makes the acquired research and development infrastructure available to third parties for external (commercial) use as well. Access is provided under open, transparent, and non-discriminatory conditions. The fee charged for using the infrastructure corresponds to the market price and is determined according to the actual time required, the necessary capacities, and the degree of use of the R&D infrastructure within the given project.
Services offered within the R&D infrastructure (upon request):
- optimization of printing parameters and technological procedures for additive manufacturing,
- additive manufacturing (metal 3D printing) from HSS-PM material and other suitable materials depending on the capabilities of the technology and the project requirements,
- subsequent technological processing of additive prototypes (external, internal, and profile grinding) according to the needs of the project,
- preparation of samples for further examination and testing,
- participation in research and development activities and contracts (including cooperation with research organizations),
- we offer development capacity for profile grinding of gear-cutting tools within the module range m 0.5 – 9.0 (excluding gear shaper cutters and skiving).

SMS US500-HW Grinder for gear-cutting tools:
- 5-axis profile CNC grinding machine
- capability to clamp tools up to 125 mm in diameter and up to 250 mm in length
- grinding spindle power 8 kW
- software and hardware suitable for profiling the tooth forms of hobs for modules 0.5 – 10
- between-centers grinding with automatic tailstock
Additive technologies
- multi-machine technology: additive manufacturing machine (3D printer), sieving machine, capsule filling machine, powder recycling machine
- metal additive manufacturing machine with software for melt pool control and part layout, with monitoring via Ethernet connection
